A. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags).
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
B. No Return Label? No Problem!
We do not include return labels in our packages. If you need to return an item, simply contact us at support@jamesllc.com, and we will assist you with the return or exchange process.
C. Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at support@jamesllc.com with the following details:
- Order number and full name
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation screenshot)
- Reason for return
- Photo or video proof of the defective/damaged product (for refund or replacement requests)
Once we receive and confirm your return (typically within 72 hours), you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
D. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at support@jamesllc.com. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund as necessary.
E. Exchanges
We only allow exchanges for the following cases:
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect items
- Wrong size

F. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect products: Customers do not have to pay return shipping.
- Non-defective products: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Wrong product ordered by the customer: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer must cover the return shipping fees.
- All returns/exchanges must include a photo or video of the received product, clearly showing the issue and original labeling.
- No restocking fees will be applied.
- Customers must return items via mail to our designated return address.
G. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account.
H. Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
- Cancellations made after this period may be considered a “Change of Mind” return and are subject to return shipping costs.
