Exchanges: At this time, we are unable to process exchanges due to customer selection errors. However, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and reorder with the correct details.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once your order has entered processing, cancellation may no longer be available.

Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. After this window, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.
Eligible Reasons for Return/Refund:
- Damaged or broken items upon arrival
- Incorrect item(s) received
- Items significantly different in design, size, or material from what was ordered
- Major discrepancies between product and description
Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund:
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Damage not caused by Constipe
- Missing original tags or packaging
- Minor issues (e.g., loose threads that do not affect usability)
All returned items must be in original condition and packaging to qualify.
How to Request a Refund:
- Email us at support@jamesllc.com with:
- Order receipt or shipping label
- Photos showing the issue
- Proof of purchase
- Any related communication
- We will review your request within 2-3 business days.
- Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
Do not send returns without prior confirmation. - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please include tracking information once shipped.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving your return. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
- Refunds include original shipping costs.
- If a refund is delayed beyond 10-15 business days, please contact your payment provider.

- Constipe is not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping
