Order Cancellation

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Orders canceled within this time frame will be fully refunded.
  • Once the order has been processed and shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

  • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange based on our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom & Handmade Orders

  • For personalized or handmade embroidery items, cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Since custom products are made to order, cancellations after this period may not be possible.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please email us at support@jamesllc.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for cancellation

Once your request is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued within 5-7 business days depending on your payment method.

Changes to Orders
