Order Changes

We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes after placing an order. If you need to modify your order, please read the following carefully:

  • Time Frame:
    Order changes (such as size, color, item, or shipping address) must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order will be processed and cannot be modified.
  • How to Request a Change:
    To request a change, please contact us immediately at support@jamesllc.com with your order number and the details you would like to modify. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if it is within the allowed time frame.
  • Limitations:
    • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
    • We cannot guarantee modifications if the request is made after the 24-hour window.
Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order will begin processing and can no longer be canceled.

  • To request a cancellation, email us at support@jamesllc.com with your order number and details. We’ll confirm if your request is within the cancellation window.
Refund Processing Time:

Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving your return. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

  • Refunds include original shipping costs. Please note that, relying on your bank or credit card company will take another 3-5 working days for the credit to be credited to your account.
  • If a refund is delayed beyond 10-15 business days, please contact your payment provider.
